Covenant Brothers is an all men gospel group in Nigeria, known for their unique style of music, Fusing Nigeria “Fuji Music” and other Nigeria traditional music into the Modern and highly energetic Gospel Music. Covenant Brothers is a music, making group with a live band instrumentalist on a mission of fighting the social norms in the society, and also to minimize social immoralities if not totally eradicated in our society. Which they have been doing through their music ministrations.
Founded on the 14th of November 2001 by three childhood friend (Adebayo Nifemi, Oluwatobi BLACK and Adegoke Abel) while Olawale young (the younger brother of oluwatobi BLACK) later joined three years after.
Covenant Brothers with their “Energetic Strong, Creative and highly lively strong performance and ministrations’’ which keeps their audience asking for more, and lift up their voices in praise. With all glory to GOD, they have attracted so many invitations across the country and have featured in Concerts along side with so many notable artistes in Nigeria.
They have also composed and performed many “theme songs” for NGO’s (Non Governmental Organizations, e.g Action Health Incorporated Youth Resource Center etc, and have been organizing their own yearly concert tagged “Passion Concert” under the label Covenant Brothers Music. Have also ministered at RCCG Holy Ghost Service. Doing May edition.
Covenant Brothers with their Versatile Skills and Creativity, is also people’s choice of LIVE BAND in Christian Parties (Wedding Ceremony, Birthday Anniversary and Events etc.)
Added to their credit is a debut album (tittled “MAJEMU”) released under first view Records. And the current Lagos SHIFT ambassadors.
The group can be described as Creative, Strong, Energetic, Charismatic and a vibrant Youth doing exceedingly great.
